Hadith on Manners: Treat people how you love to be treated

October 29, 2012

Abu Al-Muntafiq reported: I said, “O Messenger of Allah, teach me what will save me from the punishment of Allah and admit me into Paradise.” The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Worship Allah and do not associate anything with Him, establish the prescribed prayers, and give the obligatory charity.” And I think the Prophet said, Fast the month of Ramadan, and treat people the way you would love to be treated, and do not treat them the way you would hate to be treated.”
