Hadith on Character: The Prophet preached good character, so he was never obscene

Abdullah ibn Amr reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was never obscene, nor would he behave immorally. The Prophet would say, “Verily, the best of you are those with the best character.

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ لَمْ يَكُنْ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاحِشًا وَلَا مُتَفَحِّشًا وَكَانَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ مِنْ خِيَارِكُمْ أَحْسَنَكُمْ أَخْلَاقًا
